Construction Site Manager – High-End Residential Estates Full Time

Our client, a prestigious property developer and construction company specializing in luxury residential developments, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join their team in Cape Town. This opportunity is for a quality-focused professional with proven experience managing high-end residential estates or similar premium projects.

Requirements:

• BTech / Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related qualification
• Minimum 8-10 years of construction site management experience
• Proven experience managing high-end residential estates (essential requirement)
• OR similar premium projects: luxury homes, boutique developments, upmarket residential complexes
• Comprehensive understanding of luxury residential construction standards
• Knowledge of premium finishes, materials, and specifications
• Valid driver’s license
