RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established company in Gauteng who offers turnkey project management solutions, is currently seeking to employ a dedicated and hardworking Site Foreman who can join their team in Johannesburg and contribute positively towards the success of their projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on site and supervise subcontractors and labour, to ensure that the projects are completed in a safe manner and on time, within budget and to specification
- Supervising subcontractor teams on site
- Acting as a conduit between site and management, whilst ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements
- Programme Management (Planning)
- Project Management (Implementation)
- Cost Management
- Health & Safety
- Supervision, Compliance and Quality Assurance
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Building/Construction Management or similar
- Between 5 and 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of a Corporate / Construction environment
- Excellent knowledge Construction methodologies, principles, systems, processes and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of SABS, NBR, NHBRC and H&S standards and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
- Attention to detail
- Strategic Planning and organisational skills
- Health and Safety Management Skills
- Project Management and Quality Management Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Benefits:
Salary: R420K – R540K CTC per annum, negotiable
