Description
RPO Recruitment’s client is currently seeking a talented Audit Senior to join their team. As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for conducting audits, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement. You will also provide recommendations for risk mitigation and process enhancement. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and supervise junior auditors, supporting their professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with auditing standards
- Analyze financial statements and identify areas of risk and improvement
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes
- Provide recommendations for improvement and risk mitigation
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
