Minimum requirements include:
- BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a PQS environment working on retail, residential, leisure, health, educational, and office building projects
- Pr QS registration with SACQSP
- Proficiency in WinQS and MS Office
